持有「臺灣就業金卡」或外國專業人才之本人或親屬
Holders of Taiwan Employment Gold Card or foreign professionals or their dependents.

流程說明 Process Description

STEP01

選擇預約分行及時段，並填寫聯絡資料

Select the branch and time slot for your appointment, and fill in your contact information.

STEP02

完成預約送出，收到確認通知E-mail

Complete the reservation and receive a confirmation email.

STEP03

持確認通知E-mail，於預約日期至分行

Please bring the confirmation email to the branch on the appointed date.
